                  Kiba dachi - Horse Stance

                   Set 2 - Hand between, circle out

                   Set 3 - Strike and circle

         

          Bear Hug From Behind

                   Set 1 - Stomp, kick, elbow, elbow, kneel and twist

 

Kumite Sets


          Front hand low, Back hand high
